Pre-Order Terms & Conditions

When placing a pre-order with Hilaine, you accept the terms and conditions outlined below:

1. Payment & Item Hold

Every pre-order item is paid for in full when checkout is completed. This reserves your product in our production queue and gives your order priority for the next shipment.

2. Shipping & Delivery Timing

  • Timeline: Estimated ship dates are shown on the product page and included in your confirmation email.

  • Estimate Details: These dates are projected windows, not guaranteed delivery promises. Shipment timing may change because of production schedules, supplier availability, or logistics.

3. Combined Orders (Pre-Orders + In-Stock Items)

Items that are ready will be sent first!

  • Split Shipping: When an order includes both pre-order and in-stock products, the in-stock products will ship right away.

  • Separate Delivery: Pre-order item(s) will be shipped separately once they are available.

4. Cancellations & Refund Details

We provide a flexible cancellation period, under the conditions below:

  • Standard Cancellation: You may request a cancellation for a 75% partial refund of the product price. The remaining 25% covers administrative processing, transaction fees, and inventory reservation costs.

  • The “Lock-in” Period: Once the order is within 10 days of the estimated shipping date, it moves into a “Locked” stage for final fulfillment and processing. Cancellations are not allowed during this window.

  • Returns After Arrival: To return the item after the lock-in period, you must first receive the package and then follow our standard return policy.

5. Changes to Your Order

Any requested updates to your pre-order, including size, color, or shipping address, must be made before the 10-day lock-in period. Changes may cause a later shipping date or additional shipping fees.
